Cynthia and Johan: Their Orlando Destination Wedding

On May 28, 2011 Cynthia Reyes and Johan Urena came to sunny Orlando, FL to share the wedding of their dreams with their friends and family! They wed at Holy Family Catholic Church with a traditional Catholic Ceremony. It was an amazing moment to watch the two of them come together as husband and wife. They included every tradition from the chord and veil ceremony to the coin ceremony. After the ceremony concluded everyone headed over to the Westgate Resorts for an afternoon reception in the veranda room. The view was gorgeous overlooking a crystal clear lake. Decorated in shades of pink, the room was an ideal setting for their romantic and intimate afternoon reception.

The afternoon was filled heart felt toasts and prayers, fun and dancing! Instead of making a traditional toast, two of the groomsmen wrote the newlyweds a beautiful love song that they personally played during dinner. When the song was over there wasn’t a dry eye in the house, these two men were extremely talented and it was definitely a toast to remember!!!

Their favors were so unique and personal; every guest received a colorful handcrafted fan that the bride and groom had sent over from the Philippines, where Cynthia is from orginally. Guests also received crystal paperweights engraved with a picture of Cynthia and Johan along with scripture from Corinthians 13:4-8.

Congratulations to the happy couple, Mr. and Mrs. Urena!
